The principal purpose of the Building Company is to hold the legal title to the property of the McAlester Scottish Rite Valley, both real and personal. Control and management of such property is subject to the provisions of the Statutes of the Supreme Council.

 

Property, real and personal, of the McAlester Scottish Rite Charitable and Educational Foundation will not be held by the Building Company.
